About the Opportunitiy

An opportunity has become available for a Maintenance Assistant to join Mercy Health and Aged Care's Rockhampton facility on a full-time or part-time basis.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a trade person seeking flexible hours, career development, and a welcoming team environment.

Within this varied role, you will assist in the general maintenance of the organisation's facilities, while working as part of an effective multidisciplinary team.

Some of your core responsibilities will include:

• General building maintenance and repair;
• Organising quotes for major works; and
• Liaising with staff and residents on a daily basis.

No experience or qualifications are necessary for this position, however, the ideal applicant will have practical experience using power tools and performing general maintenance duties.
